My Life Coach Sessions are a great place to start. The first consultation is Free, lasts about 30 minutes, and is where we determine your situation and how to best deal with your problem/opportunity.
Regular Life Coaching Sessions last 60, 90, or 120 minutes depending upon the crisis aspects associated with your situation, the intensity with which you desire to positively change, and the frequency with which we are able to meet. Generally, most clients visit weekly, and are committed to weekly 60 minute sessions for twelve weeks, since it takes about ninety days to really bust through old habits and install new routines and processes.
